A Year of Nuchi Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter and promotion period

1.1 The promoter is Nuchi Pty Ltd (ABN 41 692 752 051) (Promoter, Nuchi). Contact: hello@nuchiskin.com.au.

1.2 The A Year of Nuchi Giveaway (Promotion) opens at 9:00am AEDT on 9 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2027 (Promotion Period).

1.3 By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over with an Australian delivery address.

2.2 Directors and employees of the Promoter and of agencies and suppliers associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling.

2.3 The Promoter may verify an entrant's eligibility at any time, including their age and residential address. An entrant who cannot provide reasonable proof of eligibility when asked will be ineligible to win.

3. How to enter

3.1 To enter, submit your name and email address through the entry form at www.nuchiskin.com.au during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Entering subscribes you to Nuchi emails. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing after you enter does not affect your entry.

3.3 No purchase is necessary. Each person may enter once. Additional entries from the same person or email address will not be counted.

3.4 Entries that are incomplete, submitted by automated means, or made in breach of these terms are invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical issues.

3.5 All entrants receive the Skin Guide by email. It does not form part of any prize.

4. The prize

4.1 There are five prizes: one major prize and four runner-up prizes. The major prize is four Nuchi Core Range sets (Gentle Reset Cleanser, Skin Resilience Serum, Hydra Defence Milk and Night Restore Cream), delivered one set every three months over 12 months. The delivery schedule is designed around one of each product every three months. Each set contains:

4.2 The major prize is valued at $1,110 (including GST and delivery), based on the recommended retail price of the products at the time these terms were published, plus the cost of delivering all four sets.

4.3 Each runner-up prize is one full-size Nuchi Core Range product of the runner-up's choice (Gentle Reset Cleanser 120ml, Skin Resilience Serum 30ml, Hydra Defence Milk 50ml or Night Restore Cream 50ml), valued at up to $92 (including GST and delivery). Runner-ups must choose their product within 14 days of being notified. A runner-up who does not choose within that time will receive the Skin Resilience Serum 30ml.

4.4 The total prize pool is valued at up to $1,478 (including GST and delivery).

4.5 The four sets in the major prize will be delivered to the winner's Australian address, one set every three months, at no cost to the winner. The first set will ship at or shortly after public launch, and no later than 31 March 2027.

4.6 Runner-up prizes will be delivered to each runner-up's Australian address at no cost, at or shortly after public launch, and no later than 31 March 2027.

4.7 Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. If a product becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a product of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable state law.

4.8 Prize products are for the winners' personal use and are not for resale.

5. Draw, notification and claiming prizes

5.1 Five winners will be drawn by computerised random selection from all valid entries at 10:00am AEDT on 1 February 2027 at 11 Murray Street, Port Macquarie NSW 2444. The first valid entry drawn wins the major prize, and the next four valid entries drawn each win a runner-up prize. Each entrant can win only one prize.

5.2 Winners will be notified by email within two business days of the draw and must reply within 14 days of notification to claim their prize, confirming their eligibility and delivery address.

5.3 If any prize is not claimed within that time, or a winner is ineligible, a redraw for that prize will take place at the same time and place on 18 February 2027. Redraw winners will be notified in the same way.

5.4 The Promoter's decision on the draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.

6. Publication of winners and winner content

6.1 The first name, last initial and state of each winner will be announced on Nuchi's Instagram account (@nuchi_skin) and emailed to entrants once the winners have confirmed their prize claims.

6.2 Taking part in any further publicity, such as photos, videos, reviews or routine updates, is optional. Nuchi will only use a winner's image, content or feedback with their separate written consent.

7. Privacy

7.1 The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run the Promotion, contact winners, deliver prizes and send Nuchi emails. Entries cannot be accepted without a name and email address.

7.2 Winners' names may be published as set out in clause 6.1. Personal information may be shared with service providers who help run the Promotion and deliver prizes, such as Klaviyo and Australia Post.

7.3 Personal information is handled in line with the Nuchi Privacy Policy at www.nuchiskin.com.au [PLACEHOLDER: replace with Privacy Policy page link], which explains how to access or correct your information and how to make a complaint.

8. General conditions

8.1 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any responsibility connected to the Promotion.

8.2 If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any direction from a state regulator.

8.3 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these terms.

8.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or the prizes, except liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8.5 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
